How long does a typical engagement last?
It depends on the scope. Brand strategy projects typically run 6–10 weeks. Full-service engagements covering brand, digital, and operations range from 3–6 months. Ongoing retainer clients work with us on a monthly basis. We'll give you a clear timeline during your discovery call.
Do you work with concepts outside of San Diego?
Absolutely. While we're headquartered in San Diego, we work with hospitality brands across California, the United States, and internationally. Much of our work can be done remotely, and we're happy to travel for on-site engagements when needed.
What's included in the free discovery call?
The discovery call is a no-pressure 30-minute conversation where we learn about your brand, your goals, and your biggest challenges. We'll give you initial strategic observations and explain exactly how we'd approach your project. You'll leave with real insights — whether or not we work together.
Can you help with a new restaurant that isn't open yet?
Yes — pre-opening is actually one of our specialties. Getting your brand, operations, and digital presence right before you open is far easier and less expensive than fixing them after launch. We've successfully opened 40+ concepts and can support everything from concept development through grand opening.
How do you measure the success of your work?
We set clear KPIs at the start of every engagement — revenue growth, cover counts, ADR increases, digital traffic, social engagement, and more — depending on your goals. We provide monthly reporting and track results transparently throughout the engagement.
